Just saying, you might want to draw out a diagram or something as you read along so you don't get confused.

There's a guy on my swim team that I sometimes sit with on the bus on the way to the pool, mostly because of the lack of room on the bus. (Everyone who can't drive on the team is on it.) I've noticed that I've grown to love him, but I'm still muddling through to try and figure out if it's like a brotherly love (which it feels like most of the time) or an actual "in love" sort of love. Obviously, he's sat with a few other girls and guys in the past too. [Let's name him C for clarity purposes.]

I'm not sure if he's interested in me or in girls at all (face it, we're on a swim team; we see things others don't usually see on a regular basis), but we joke around and interact often (since we're on the same team and have overlapping friend circles). He's also spent lots of time with another girl [named K, a friend of mine] and another guy [named A, who *might* have a girlfriend] on separate occasions.

Today on the bus, he and K were in the seat in front of me, with me over the seat chatting with them. (Normally we'd be sitting in separate seats and talking across the aisle, but he was held up w/ his last class.) A was diagonally behind me, talking occasionally to C, but mostly to his girlfriend? and her friend. [Note that all these people are my friends.]

Later on while C was passing by me, he said to me, "If you're gonna ship us, at least be a little less obvious about it." I'm not sure who the "us" is referring to. It could be me, or my friend K, or that other buff guy friend of mine, A (who hangs out with him frequently too). I know what "shipping" usually means (check urbandictionary.com if you're not sure), but I don't know whom to apply it to: him and who?

What do you think? Who do you think he meant? What should I do to find out without embarrassing myself? I don't want to ruin any friendships, but I also want to find out who exactly he meant.

For Chinese school, we have to write about a quote and what we can do that represents that quote. The only problem is that I don't really get the quote is supposed to mean.

Quote: 人人付出一份愛，能轉危急為生機，轉禍為福。

Also, if you could come up with something (ie help around the house) to represent the quote in daily life, please include it. Thank you!

For my algebra homework, the instructions are to: "Write the equation of the line, given the following information." The problem is: "The line passes through (-4, 1) and has the same slope as the line whose equation is 4x - 3y = 5." Is the answer supposed to be in standard form? If not, which is it supposed to be? And how do you solve it?
