I currently own a 2010 Audi A4. The car came stock with 19" rims and summer tires. For the winter, I decided to downsize and get 18" rims and all-season tires. When I swapped out the 19" set for the 18" set, my car would vibrate at highway speeds. We took the car somewhere to get the tires rebalanced, but it still vibrated.

We decided it has to be the tires, so we purchased 4 new 18" tires for the 18" set. We had the new tires mounted, balanced and even had them do an alignment. However, even with 4 NEW tires... IT'S STILL VIBRATING!!!

Someone PLEASE help!

My fiance and I are going to start planning our Jamaican wedding next month. My family is crazed with "perfect beaches". Can anyone please tell me which of these cities in Jamaica has the nicest beaches? Montego Bay, Negril or Ocho Rios? Also, does anyone recommend any one city over the others for different reasons other than the beach? I'm just looking for advice!

I stayed in Ocho Rios a few years ago and I have no complaints! I'd go back in a heart beat, but my fiance wants to stay somewhere else to try something different. Any help would be appreciated!

My best friend and I wanted to dress up for Halloween, but have no idea what unique costumes we could dress in! We're in our mid-20's and are really looking for something different! Help us, PLEASE!!!

I have a 1 year old pit/lab mix. He swallowed 2 toys whole. I called the vet and they gave me 2 options, but both came with bad consequences:

1. Wait it out and see if it passes. Consequence is there's a chance it won't pass and he'll need surgery.

2. Make him vomit the toys up. Consequence is, it could get stuck on the way up and he could suffocate.

I chose option number 1, because at least there's something I can do if the option goes wrong and god help me if I ever had to watch my dog suffocate. But can anyone please tell me what I should be watching for if there's a problem? Any signs I should be watching for if it seems he isn't passing them correctly? Please help me!!!

Is there a particular diet that I can go on to rapidly lose weight (in about a week)?

I have uncomfortable knee pain during the following activities:

1. Walking down stairs causes sharp pain when bending the knee and then putting pressure on my knee.

2. Keeping my knee bent for periods of time will cause a "throbbing" and uncomfortable feeling. Once I'm able to straighten the leg, the pain goes away.

3. When kneeling, there's a sharp pain not only from the action of kneeling, but from making contact with the ground. Also, bending down or squatting creates pain.

The pain only lasts for about 2-3 weeks before it disappears. Only to come back again a month or two later. The pain feels as though its above the knee cap. I try to rub it...but I can't seem to reach it.

My doctor thinks its tendonitis, but I want to know if someone else out there might have a better idea of what it could be.

Please...if anyone out there knows of what it could be and can help...I would really appreciate it!!!!!!

Who's excited and who isn't?

My fiance and I recently adopted a pup from a kill shelter in Alabama. They told us he's a boxer/lab mix, but I wanted to know if any one else had any ideas.

My 14 week old pup has kennel cough, and yes...I've taken him to the vet and he is on the antibiotics. Can anyone tell me why he only coughs at night? And if there's anything I can do to help him? During the day he's perfectly fine, but at night...he's uncontrollable. I just hate seeing him struggle when he's trying to get some rest.
