  • How do I get Paypal or Ebay to address my problem?

    I recently did a transaction (a preorder) which the seller shipped on the 44th day after I made payment. Putting "trust" on the seller, I waited with the assurance of a tracking number sent by the seller. I found out later that the tracking number sent was fraudulent.

    Since I'm already past the 45 days to file a dispute, I can't file anything anymore. I found a list of email addresses to air out my concern through Yahoo Answers but so far I'm getting only automated responses (or the email would bounce back to me). Is there any other way for Ebay or Paypal to address my problem? I can't call them because I'm not in the USA.

  • Help on an old videogame title?

    I'll try to describe it as best as I can:

    It's a basketball videogame. I forgot though on whether it was 5 on 5 or not. It doesn't use NBA teams but instead used fictional teams. It allows for pushing and other dirty tactics. The players had really "tough boy" sounding names.

    As far as I can remember, I got to play it on the arcade and I vaguely remember if I got to play it on Sega 16-bit.
