  • Im 36 weeks pregnant could i be in labor?

    I went to the doctor yesterday and they told me I dilated 1cm and I am posterior. I started having intense back pain that starts in the middle of my back and goes around my sides to my stomach. I thought these might be contractions but my stomach is not getting really hard. I also am nauseated and have a migraine that i cannot get rid of. Could I possibly be in labor?
