  • Ipod classic wont synchronise?

    I am at my wits end.

    My ipod classic simply refuses to synchronise all my songs. It has a 160GB hard disk and my music is less than 60. In itunes, both mac and PC, once it gets to around 8000 songs it either gives an error (The ipod is inaccessible) or simply when you unplug it it thinks there are no songs on there. I have tried using different software such as foobar, media monkey or double twist and I have the same issue. From what I can see the itunes database craps out at a certain size. I have tried scanning the hard disk but I cant see that there are any problems with it. I have rest the software a million times so that isnt the answer.

    Please, what am I doing wrong?
