Do Any of You Runners Drink Alcohol During Training Time for Races?
Training for a marathon and like to have a drink some nights after work and after training. Not getting drunk, just having a cocktail to get relaxed and maybe a little buzzed.
Most of the fitness people out there act like alcohol is just poison, so I wondered if any of you have a few drinks despite being in training for marathons or half-marathons.
