I have read article after article about how employers need written consent to perform a background check on potential employees unless they do an investigation on their own that doesn't involve the use of an outside company. However, since I am an independent contractor and I am my own company and the person I hire would be too, I don't believe the same rules would apply. I am doing a background check through BeenVerified which is a service for individuals to make sure that the people that come around them are not criminals.

I am currently building a website for my gaming community and I have almost everything done. The only thing I need to do now is give my staff members a way to view recent donations through paypal. I am sure this can be done because I have heard of other communities doing it. I dont want them to log in as a subuser on my paypal ccount so what are my options?

If I pay my full credit card balance before it's due, does it do any good for my score or is it the same as paying it the day of? I am talking about paying off my balance as soon as my purchase has been processed (so normally 2-3 business days before it showes up). Another question is, does it even show up at all on the score if I pay it that early? I have been told it won't.
