  • Persistent Groin Muscle Pull?

    Hey there all. So about 2 months ago I was training in mma for the 1st time at home and was doing many kicks, I really badly pulled my groin muscle in my left leg and had a bit of testicular pain too, but had that checked out at docs and all fine.

    I rested up for 3 weeks and then slowly got back into fitness. (I've always been into fitness, mainly weights/running and bodyweight, and it was my 1st time doing mma/ boxing style training)

    After the 3 weeks I started doing a boxing workout, And I keep on pulling/straining the same area and its tender, It's not as bad, it recovers within days but it damn annoying.

     Could it be that my body just doesn't like the boxing/mma workouts? Or didn't I give it enough time to recover? All replies will be very helpful.
