maybe if the head wasnt completely splattered, there might be a second or two of pain. Also, If you were on death row, about to fry, and could choose between gunshot, hanging, electrocution, beheading, or injection, which would you pick?
5 AnswersInjuries9 years agoDo you agree that hate crime laws are stupid?
Personally, I feel hate crime laws are stupid. Murder is murder. A murder, to me, doesnt become a worse murder because the victim is gay, or black, or white, or muslim..it is still murder. An assault is still assault. I thought all murders were crimes of hate. Plus, I see the hate crimes law being used mainly against white males, even though other races commit hate crimes also. I think the hate crime laws should be repealed. Does anyone agree with me? Some say that they are in place to protect gays and minorities, but I thought our laws against murder and assault were already suppose to do that. To me, it is just a political tool to marginalize straight white males while giving others EXTRA protections. So if I am attacked by a gay because I am against gay marriage would it be a hate crime?
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics9 years agoWhy dont black leaders address all the black on black, or black on white murders happening?
Just wondering. Black on black murders are staggeringly high, and blacks murder whites frequently also, but the black leaders only speak out on the rare occasion that a black is killed by a white person? I just dont get it. I thought all murder was equally bad.
