Does this girl fancy me?
There is this girl in one of my classes who since the start of us being in the same class together (we didn't know each other really before hand) has always been nice to me. Two boys in the class she does know (from knowing them before hand) she is always hugging, laughing and more or less flirting with, but with the boys who she doesn't know she doesn't do this to. I always catch her looking at me and when I have caught her she smiles and laughs (giggles really).
She clearly likes one of the two boys, but then I don't know whether she fancies him or is just friends with him as they hang around in the same group together. I now know here quite well (after being in the same class now for more or less two years), but she from the start (even when I hardly knew her) has been friendly towards me.
So, does this girl fancy me or not as I am unsure?

I am 17 years old, male, 5 foot 9 inches tall, have broad shoulders and strong legs, but weigh 196 pounds (14 stone) making me overweight and obese for my age and size. I also have a large and flabby stomach and chest area.
I would like to lose around 2-3 stone (resulting in most, if not all, of my flabby stomach and chest area being removed) in around 4-5 months (from February to June) through an effective losing weight plan that involves both what food/drink I consume and weights/exercise workout I do.
Food/drink consumption: 1). Consume less unhealthy food/drink and consume more healthy food/drink.
Weights/exercise workout: 1). Do two different weights/exercise workouts on Mon/Wed/Fri with one on Mon/Fri and the other on Wednesday. 2). Go for a short, but intense jog/run over two steep hills and through two large fields on Tue/Thu.

I'm 17 years old, male, 5 foot 9 inches tall and weight 203 pounds (14.5 stone) making me overweight for my age and height. I have discovered the 100 squats a day challenge, which is apparently a fast way to lose weight and it helps muscle growth. I would really like to try it, but I have a few questions about it:
1) Would I be able to do 100 squats everyday or will I have to have a day of in between to let my muscles recover? (due to my age and to let muscles recover etc)
2) Can I do other exercise along with it - so do some weight lifting and then then do 100 squats?
3). Would I burn off more calories doing different squat techniques or would the typical squat be enough?

I had to tabs on Firefox, one with facebook and the other youtube. I was on the youtube tab and some sent me a chat message, so i went onto the facebook tab, but i didn't click on the chat box which was flashing letting me know its a new message and i also didn't click on the chat notification. so without clicking on either of those two things apart from just going back onto the facebook tab would that person get a "seem at" message on their chat box saying i've seen it?
