Pregnant Dog What is going on?
I had asked a couple days ago if it is ok if a dog is a little over due. By answers and several calls to different vets said not to worry. Well.... She is now going to be four days over due, two days ago her temp. fell to 98.2 stayed that way for almost two days and now her temp is back up to 99.5 She wont move, wont eat, hasn't peed or pooed in 24hrs. Her tummy is rock hard, and the puppies who were once very active, you could watch 4 -6 of the moving all around. Now I can only find one pup moving. The vet says not to worry she is fine, but I really don't think so, from everything I read and even the vet said when her temp drops she should go into labor, well she didn't and her temp is back to normal?????????????????? If the puppies are dieing inside would she still go into labor? Is there something wrong with her and her body wont go into labor? Our vet is no help what so ever. If the puppies die they die, but my dog is what's most important to me. what should I do???? Haven't sleep in three days due to worry. She doesn't seem to be in any pain, quite the opposite she actually seems lethargic? What the hell is going on? This is my first litter and hers. We took every precaution did everything a responsible owner should do. and it seems like we're getting a kick in the face for it? This is a horrible experiance. We planed to get into breeding a little more seriously in another 15-20 years. But after this, I don't think so. This is driving me nuts! Cursing all the people who said to me, "don't worry about it, nothing ever goes wrong, she'll do it all herself. It's natural"

8 AnswersDogs10 years agoOver due Pregnant dog?
My husky, has just past her due date. The locale vet said that this isn't a cause for concern, but to me it's only one man's opinion. I live in a rural area, and a second opinion, isn't easily accessible. Her due sate was Oct 11 2011 (63 days from conception) it is now the 12th 64 days. When should I start getting concerned? Her temp. is still within the 99.4 - 99.8 range, the puppies are constantly on the move! She is 3 years old and this is her first litter. I may be worrying for nothing, but I can't help it. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated, Do You think my vet is a nut bar and I should see someone else? Or am I just getting nervous for nothing and it's normal for dogs to be a little late?

7 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoFrom Canada where can I move to?
I am a 30 year old female Canadian with my Canadian common-law Husband and our three Canadian children, living in Canada. We don't like it here and would like to move to a different country. In the next couple months I will be coming into about $65,000(CND) and I would like to use this money to get us out of the country. We had are hearts set on Australia or New Zealand (a friend of mine moved to New Zealand a few years ago, she ended up marrying a "local" and now is a per. resident.)
After doing a little research I found it is not as simple as picking up and leaving.
Does anyone know a country we would be able to move to??
Or maybe some way we could still get to Australia or New Zealand.
Canada is dirty, poor and unsafe for my children, is it possible to claim refuge to some other country? There is absolutely no work here, not if your caucasian anyway and as a fourth and fifth generation canadians we no longer have any rights or freedom. We strongly disagree with Canadian Politics and will do what ever it takes to escape Canada
Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
