One of my dogs (Believed to be a bull terrier mix) Chases my horse.

She only does this when my horse feels happy & bucks or runs.

My horse doesn't bother any of the dogs they can walk around him under him he doesn't care so he wont kick her or anything. but when he runs this dog ( Named nevaeh ) Barks & runs at him & lunges toward him causing him to get up set & run harder & it becomes dangerous for everyone especially the horse.Hes in a small Field so he has room to buck & canter but not a full open gallop he gets so spooked from her that he almost goes through the fence & has fallen before & its hard to calm him down He snorts at her & runs into his shed & hides. Which he has never done this to any other dog. This dog has been kicked by another horse that we used to have & we figured she would stop & she did until now. so she just recently started doing it again.

So my question is what are some ways to teach her not to do this besides tieing her up when shes outside or getting rid of her. Because if we tie her up its not going benefit her life when we have most of our property fenced in so the dogs & horse can safely run loose

Ok i really need to know where my dog is if your moms friend has her i need to know ive been wasting a ton of gas looking & calling everywhere i need to know her name so i can get ahold of her about my dog i have a bill of sale for the dog & she is microchipped Animal control can get a warrent to search for my dog, I dont want to get anyone in trouble but the dog belongs to me & i would like her back considering She is mine. I Know for a fact that your mom said her friend has the dog & I went to the shelter today & looked for her after i have already called 1 billion times & they have other shelters looking for her also.I can & will Give her some money for caring for the dog if she gives her back to me i will meet her anywhere to pick the dog up or come get the dog doesnt matter. My phone is about to be turned off because i cant pay the bill due to wasting gas money looking for the dog so as of now the number i gave your mom is no longer in use.

If you can get me the number so i can borrow a phone to call this lady i would reallly apprecaite it.

Im not threating anything & it doesnt matter it my dog i want her back im not trying to sound mean or rude im worried about her I mean it kinda stinks that she was litlery just given to eric & he got her for me & shes lost i have every right to be worried & i have called everywhere & im so upset im just telling you the lady at the shelter said if i knew where she was they can go there & get her for me.& its not like i dont have money to care for her its just that i have used all my pay to look for the dog & i was told that your moms friend had the dog i would just like her numberor location so i can talk to her myself & get things cleared up & find the dog.

No she went missing the 6th that night. & i got her the 4th of this month.& i went to the guy who gave her to eric & he went looking for her also the same night & the next day some guy told eric he seen the dog the 6th near old spainshburg rd & it was walking toward the store & eric asked you mother if she seen the dog & she said yes & then on his way to work i had him take the phone number down there for me & your mom told him that her friend had her & took her to the shelter that same day that he took the number in there from what eric told me. & the day after she went missing the guy who gave her to us screamed for us when we went past his house & asked ifwe found the dog & we said no but we were told that someone had her & he told us to ask you guys for the number& he would help us find her & we said ok & eric was supposed to go ask bc i couldnt bc i had to go buy hay for my horses & he never got time So i decided i would add you & see if you knew anything or if you could ask. & havent told me anything so i can contact her about the dog. I should have just went in there myself & talked to your mom because eric doesnt ever seem to ask the right questions & give the proper information which i was going to.So all i need to know if the number to figure out where she is. The dog is deaf & i was supposed to be taking her to the vet the 13th to be checked out but she got out of the yard & went wondering & got lost.

& i have went to mercer co animal shelter & they said that she is not there. & the lady told me that if i find out where the dog is that i can have police or animal control go pick up the dog for me if i feel that it is needed so no arguments are caused. & im really trying to be nice its just really upsetting that she went missing.

Ok so my boy friend was given a Pitbull & he gave her to me 2 days later she got out got lost & i was told she was near this store i went there & quetioned them & the ladys response was i saw her & later i went back gave her my number so if she saw the dog she could call me & she said that Her "friend" had my dog & was taking it to the shelter. I called Ever shelter & none of them has my dog. The only proof of ownership I have is a bill of sale & the person that gave her to my boyfriend will tell them that it is my dog. The lady at the store resfues to tell me Her "friends" number or location. & now they are getting rude with me.

I messaged them on face book to find out where my dog is & i told her i need to know & im willing to pay for my dog & i told her to contact me on facebook bc my phone is turned off bc i used All my money riding around looking for my dog The shelter told me they can go remove my dog off whoevers property that has the dog for me I told her that & she said this

Im getting really upset so please bear with the fact that my sentenctes are not perfect.

So in the spring my step dad may be getting a good deal on some land for my horse but he doesn't wanna buy it if Im not gonna use it for my horse. I think its about 2 acres has a barn & like 3 sheds and Maybe a big metal building( not sure if its included yet) I could use the metal building for a arena. Well the land is about half a mile down the road from my house nice & flat way better then where my horse is kept now & he would have alot more grazing land bc here he doesn't have much.Well the land belongs to my step dads friend he owns like 1,000+ acres or more idk but this property he told my step dad he would sell us is right behind someones house :/ !!

The people that live in front of the land use this property as their own they have chickens on it & junk cars & they aren't supposed to my step dads friend has had alot of trouble keeping them off it they think they own it they use the barn & everything . Idk why he (step dads friendhasn'tt gotten them into trouble butthat'ss not myBusinesss. They actually keep the road to the gate of the property blocked with their cars & they are always working on cars &reevingg motors. I really would like to put my horse here but im worried that when they find out we bought it & put my horse there they may do things to my horse when im not there. so im stuck on deciding weather to put my horse there or not.

The reason Im scared to keep him there because my boyfriend knows them & he said that if they find out we bought it they may pick on my horse for spite because they think its their land & it is not my step dads friend has had a ton of issues keeping them off it like i said they have put junk cars & chickens on the land & my step dads friend has asked them to move it & showed them the deed to the land & they wanna fight about it.

They may not do anything but they haven't listened to the current land owner so that worries me.

So recently 100 dogs at our local shelter had to be put down due to over crowding so now they are trying to pass a law that ALL dogs have to be spayed/nutured or your dog will be taken & you will be fined. The reason the dogs had to be put down is because the lady that runs the shelter doesnt wanna let no one adopt a dog. She picks out the dog for you & says Almost every dog you try to adopt is getting sent to rescues which we called other shelters & they said that dogs are only avaible to rescues if they are about to be put down & if a rescue decides to take a dog & a person comes in & wants it the person gets the dog & the rescue is allowed to pick a different dog to take.

We tried to adopt a dog & she asked stupid questions do you take your dog to the vet to get it nails clipped & we said no we know how to do it ourselves & she told my mom that we didnt love our dogs bc we didnt let the vet clip their nails.there was a lady there in front of us wanting a puppy & she asked her does your neighbors have a dog & the girl said yes a lab & she said sorry then you cant adopt a dog what if they fight & the lady told her that her yard was fenced like wtf?

My brother went & she took him to a kennel & told him here this is the Only adoptable dog & it was aggressive growling & the chart on the kennel said it was food & dog aggressive. She told us that if we really wanted this yorkie we picked out we could wait till the rescue got him & buy him from the rescue for $300 dollars. We actually waited a week & went back when the lady wasnt at work & successfully adopted a chinese crested (he has passed away & we bought a new chinese crested instead of trying to adopt from there) & the woman told us that she would probably be in trouble for letting dogs be adopted & told us to bring him back in a week for his shots bc they were out so when we took him back the evil lady was there & said you adopted him he was supposed to go to the rescue & told us she was gonna have him taken from us & the other lady would be fired so we left & set up a appt for my dogs shots at the vet & he ended up also having kennel cough which he should have been fully vetted BEFORE he left the shelter. We did try to go above her & talk to the county commissiner but he kept cancling the meetings on us so we gave up & now dogs are being put to sleep over her stupidness & now this law is trying to be passed.

30 mins ago i let my chinese crested & other dogs outside & was wating for them to get finished using the potty & i stepped out on the porch & My bull terrier mix very hyper dog started running playing & my crested starting running with her & i heard him yelp so i grabbed the light & ran to him & he was bleeding so i brought him inside to let my parents check him out better & he ripped his whole entire pad off his leg not the foot pad the one above the dew claw. My parents have been remodling our house & have a window outside & it appearently fell over & broke sometime tonight & im pretty sure he ran across it . Where i live there are no emergency vet especially ones that open at night so my dad cleaned it & wrapped it up good & said we will take him & be at the vet waiting for them to open to get him in there asap. Do you think he will be ok till then hes still bleeding but where my dad wrapped it its slowed down quite a bit.

My Horse Is a 4 Year old APH\Waker cross.

When i got him a few years ago he was nearly starved to death.

He is almost impossible to keep weight on he looks his best in the summer after the grass dies out he looses weight. Hes currently getting grain 2 times a day a Coffee can full a weight booster & a good quality round bale that he can eat on whenever he likes.This is what the vet reccommended.Seems like its just keeping him at the weight he is not adding anything.

Hes kept wormed on a schedule from the vet. After winter time he starts gaining by the time hes about where he should be winter hits & he looses again.

Anything suggestions for him?

So my grandma recently got a female min pin that had been bred to another min pin before she got it. It had puppies & my boy friend got a male & my parents got my sister a female.

I haven't been around a lot of minature pinchures before but it is normal for a 8 week old puppy to be as fistey as both these puppies are.The female isnt as bad but my boyfriend is having trouble teaching his not to bite it wants to bite people in the face & you can be petting & it & he just start biting the crap out of you. like most puppies this age usually you can hold them & pet them some not this one it wasnts to bite all the time & its sooo hyper it literly goes & goes till it cant anymore.

My sitsters has attitude also & bites but you tell her no & she stops & my boyfriends puppy just doesnt care hes very hard headed & my boy friends trying to work on his manners.

Is this like normal for this breed. Also we was letting them see eachother so they could play but they started fighting & not play fighting it was a big fight they start playing & get mad at eachother & go at it so we had to quit letting them play together. These puppies were well taken care of by my grandma & neither of the parents to them are aggressive from what ive been told.& we dont play rough with them & neither does my boy friend.is this just normal for them or what. ive been around a ton of puppies but never any with as much attitude as these 2.

i installed the sims 3 & not it wont let me install the pets 3 i can get on sims 3 & play the game

but when i put in the sims 3 pets it wont even reconize the disk it just acts like i never put a disk in the computer at all.

What are some exercises i can do with my horse in the round pen.

He's Been Laid off from riding due to a cut on his side.Vet said to exercise him in the round pen.What all can i do besides walk,trot & canter him in a circle?

Also he only wants to go in one direction which is clock wise.I can get him to turn and o the opposite direction but he will only go a few steps & quickly turn & go back the other direction.

The stray dog that we rescued had her puppies last night.

She had 7 males & 1 Female.The Smallest puppy was the 5th one born

& the biggest was the last born.So can the runt be born in the middle of the litter?

Ok so we had a stray come here & she turned out to be pregnant!

Right now its 3:40 am & she woke me up so i let her outside too pee & she went under the horse trailor & started digging a hole & i couldnt get her out so i came in for the flash light & she ran from me & went under the building & started digging & finnaly she ran from there back to the horse trailor & i caught her & brought her back inside. Please Don't be like if you don't know the signs dont have a pregnant dog because my mom knows what to do but shes asleep & i talked to my step dad & he said don't wake her up too look online since she has to get up early. Well anyways in my room we built a whelping box the past few nights shes refused to sleep in there but when i brought her in she ran straight to it thats where she is now! Shes breathing hard but not panting & shes whining but she stops when i go sit with her. her private part is hudge & her tempature is 98.7 so is she starting labor or whatttt? Also i can feel puppies moving they are moving alot more than normal.

Please help me! My mom pretty much has everything togather if something happens so thats not a problem i just dont want to wake her up & tell her over nothing!!!!

Im getting a new saddle soon but that will be awhile.

I ride western by the way.

But my stirrups can't be adjusted to fit properly.

if i move it up a notch its way too short & if i move them down they are too long.

Threes no way to make a hole in between the 2 holes because there would be no room.My saddle fits my horse great but not so well for me it actually causes me to get pretty frustrated when i ride because they cant be adjusted properly!

SO in till i get a better saddle which is safer stirrups too long or too short?

has anyone else had this problem? Its pretty annoying so i usually just go bareback in till i can get a new saddle!

Usually how long does it take for a horse to turn grey?

My Silver dapple has gotten a grey stripe down his neck under his mane.

what is the chances of him going grey?( i don't know his sire or dam)

First of all before you jump to conclusions I Did Not breed the dog. She was a stray that came to my house & hasn't left so my family has decided to keep her.Second It is saturday so i cant call the vet! The Vet will be called monday.

Ok this dog looks as if her puppies could come any week now.I don't think she close enough for them to be born any day but im guessing shell have them the first or second week of july.

Today she has threw up white/clear stuff. Shes only done this 2 times today.Im wondering why she is doing this? We have taken care of pregnant dogs before but none of them have thrown up white/clear stuff. It almost looks like mucus.

i Suffer from really bad acid reflux!

Tonight My allergies are bothering me & its causing my acid refulx to act up!

Im not having any heart burn maily im having excissive amounts of slobber which is causing me to vomit.

I took my medcine for it & i guess from the allergies its just not helping.

& i also took allgerie medcine.

Im miserable i can't breathe from allergies & i can't stop slobbering.

Does any one else have acid reflux if so do you know of anything i could find in my house to help

me stop slobbering.

i actually tried eating bread to soak it all up it helped a little but not much.

So we used to have 3 horses. My gelding I have now & 2 mares.

We decided to sell the 2 mares Since 1 was older & my sister out grew her & the other mare had rearing problems.Well we sold the older mare in the middle of april & the second mare we sold 2 weeks ago my uncle bought her for a pet & he is willing to take on her rearing problems so he bought her. Well My horse & the mare that my uncle bought were best buds. The mare is now an hour away but they will get to see each other some during parades or if i take him to my aunts some to ride there & let him graze on there Fields. Well The only problem is he is very lonely he constantly whinnies i spend a lot of time with him but when i leave he throws a fit. He has whinnied everynight all night long since shes gone. I never rode him with the other mares but now he rides different he doesn't enjoy it anymore. Also he thinks im his buddy to play with & bite. He bit me when he was younger but i broke the habit & now hes doing it again. Hes pushy & doesn't listen as well. We do have plans to buy another horse next spring or if the right one happens to come our way but we don't wanna rush into it because we wanna find the right horse that my mom sister & step dad can all will be able to go saddle up & ride when they each want to.

I was thinking about getting my gelding a goat,sheep,or mini horse to have as company when i can't be out with him & intill we buy another horse. Which do you think would be best & what else should i do.
