My Security Center is off. I click start, run, type services.msc, then ok. Double click Security Center, click automatic, apply, start and ok. I restart my computer. Still off! Any ideas? Thanks.

I kept getting blue screens, so had a complete system restore done. The blue screens are back again. Is it better to buy a new pc, rather than call in an engineer? Thanks. Its just over one year old, but well used!
