i live in a third world country where the only way to get console games is pirating (downloading illegal game copies online) and that is not possible on the ps4 and might never be possible , so my options are buying a ps3 or a PC , my budget is around 500$ , a 500 $ pc would be better than a ps3 but should i get a ps3 and just save the rest of the money or should i get a better pc (keep in mind that i will not pay for any games)

I am trying to know my brother's windows password , he stopped using it a year ago and now he forgot

the password , i managed to copy the SAM and SYSTEM files from his hard disk , but how to crack the password from the files ?

how can i get a need for speed world offline installer because the online one cant complete downloading the game and there is no pause the download option and the download stops all the time and i have to start from the beginning

when i try to download free items from iTunes they give me an error 1009 (you cant download from this country) and when I am trying to download from Google they say you cant download from this country

and the same with updating my antivirus (i know that there is a way to hide my ip so they dont know where am from) but why do they do this ?
