I had 4 fish and 1 little crab in a 1 gallon tank for my son. 3 fish and the Crab died, I fed them 2 daily and changed the water. Now I have one fish left and I wonder if the pump may be too much for the little guy. The tank was in a place where there wasn't too much sunlight. could this have killed them?

I was fired from my job beacause I took two photos from the companies' website of projects that I had done to put in my own portfolio. They said I was supposed to ask for permission to use those images (of my work) because they belong to the company.They did not come talk to me or ask me about it before making the decision of firing me. Is there anything I can do, or was it for them to do this? I don't think these were grounds for termination. Help??

I have been a a job for 6 month now, and Everything I thought it would be it has turned out to slowly not be. I am extremely bored, constantly looking for other things to do besided my job ( like going on this site) and I have no motivation. There are some perks to the job, like nice pay and super close location to home, but thats about it. Is it time for me to move on or should I stick it out for a little longer?
