  • Where can I find someone to install my surveillance system?

I am looking to purchase a surveillance system that comes with 4 cameras that require 16 ft cables to work. The system also comes with a DVR that the cameras connect to. After doing research online I found that many people were complaining that the hardest part of installing this system is that you have to figure out a way to run the cables outside (these are outside weatherproof cameras). My question is who can I call to run the cables from the inside of the house to the outside? Does anyone know how much they would charge?

  • What can I do with 4 year old surround sound speakers that don't work?

I purchased a coby home theater speaker set for 200 dollars 4 years ago. The smaller speakers stopped working months ago and the large speaker went out 2 months ago. The system powers on, but the cords in the back are frayed and the sound is muffled on all of the speakers. I wanted to know if I could donate it, or if someone could recommend a company that would buy it for cheap, fix it and resell it.

    Thanks

  • What can I legally do about teens trespassing on my property?

Earlier today I caught 3 teens (2 boys about 13 and a girl about 15 years old) in my yard. I called out to them and told them(politely) to stay out of my yard. I have not seen them around our neighborhood before today. This raised a red flag with me because we have had a lot of break ins in our area over the years. I caught them walking through our yard and jumping my neighbor's fence to get to the next street over. Because school is out for the summer i suspect that i will be seeing more of these kids using my yard as a cut-through. I wanted to know if I catch them again can I call the police even if they are minors?

-added info: we can not afford a fence right now

-I have NO intention on speaking to their parents because it is up to them to teach their older kids to not trespass on people's property.I shouldn't have to help someone parent their kids.

  • Where is this tunnel?

Hello! I am trying to locate a tunnel somewhere between Northern Ohio and Washington D.C. A few years back, I went on a trip to D.C. with my class. We drove there in the middle of the night so pretty much everyone was asleep on the way. I happened to wake up just as the bus entered a long, bright tunnel that lit up the whole bus. I'm going to travel there again with my class tonight and I was wondering if someone could tell me where it is. I think it's in either Pennsylvania or Virginia but I'm not sure.

    Any help would be appreciated!

  • How often should I clean my Betta fish tank?

I have a Crowntail Betta fish who lives by herself in a 3-gallon 360 degree tank with a fake plant and a rock house that she swims through. I got her for my 17th birthday about 2 weeks ago and shes been in the tank for about 10 days. She finally seems adjusted and happy and I don't really want to change her environment yet if it's not necessary. There's a tall, circular shaped filter in the middle that pushes out bubbles, but I don't know whether or not to use it because I read that Betta fish like still water.

Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance!

  • Why is ADD considered a subtype of ADHD?

If ADD (ADHD-PI) does not create any type of hyperactive symptoms, then why is it a subtype of ADHD and not its own, separate disorder? I know that the two conditions are supposed to be related but this still doesn't seem right.

If ADD and ADHD can be called subtypes of the same disorder, then why don't doctors combine Bulimia and Binge eating disorder into one disorder and call Binge eating disorder "Bulimia: non-purging type"?
