Just a poll about the military and gays?
Indicate esp if you have been prior service. Since it is okay to be gay in the military, do you think that all facilities should go unisex? ie. showers, toilets etc. What is the difference for a open gay man to use the showers with hetero, and men showering with women? I had seen because of necessity men and women together. (lack of shower facilities, and time constraint)
6 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoLower back pain. What is best for the Injury?
About 45 weeks ago, I was in a pinching compression accident. I was caught between two pieces of machinery. I am on flexaril, Gabapentin, cyclobenzaprine, and amitriptyline. I had broken ribs and lower back injury that did not show up on x-ray or MRI (4 months post.) It has not responded to PT or steroid injections. The pain radiates down bilaterally. Some days is almost like never happened, then it feels like my legs are on fire. Activities and exercise does not seem to exacerbate or help either. Any suggestions?
3 AnswersPain & Pain Management9 years agoWhat can cause some new fears from an adopted girl?
I have an 8 year old daughter I adopted when she was 22 months old. She knows and has some memories of her life before the adoption. There was abuse involved prior to adoption. She has recently became very withdrawn and clingy. She gets very scared when her mother is out of her sight, for example, when shopping. Until recently, this has not been an issue. More information: Mom is a SAH parent, and I am out of the country for most of the year. I have been doing this type of work since the adoption, so me being out of the home is not new.
