I started taking Supradyn tablets daily just to make sure I m getting all vitamins and minerals I need. I recently purchased biotin supplements for my hair and I just found out that they also contain zinc and selenium. Is it ok to take both together or should I choose one over the other?

So basically I have a bunch of products but I don't know in what order I should apply them. Here's a list of what I have and it would mean so much if you could suggest an order:

- cleanser

- Kiehl's Facial Fuel Eye De-puffer

- YSL Touche Eclat Foundation

- YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer

- concealer

- Maybelline Master Camo Pen Apricot

- mascara

I just got a haircut from waist length to above shoulder length and I realised that I need to shower every day (unlike when I had to shower every 2-3 days) because my hair got pretty oily and formed larger strands (i dont know if that makes sense). I just want to know if this is common or if I should consider changing my routine because I tend to shower at night and then go to sleep, leaving my hair to air dry. Now, whenever i do this, my hair feels really soft but then the hair thats closer to my face is pretty oily. This forces me to tie up my hair in a half-up half-down manner just to make it seem better at school. Any suggestions of what I can do?

It would be very helpful if you could give a step by step solution to this question as I have a test on stoichiometry tomorrow. Thanks!

This summer I am visiting the US for the first time with my family. We are starting in LA and plan to spend around 2-3 days there. Then we want to go on a road trip to San Fransisco (I think it's along the coast).

Is there another way to enter my account? I tried changing the password but that didn't work.
