is it possible to be in germany, and your laptop IP still say you are in Dallas, on pst??
i have a friend who says he is in germany, but his IP still says dallas, he is using a laptop with wireless, is that possible or is he lyin?

i have been recieving emails from someone who says they are out of country and i want to see why the time still says pst, not the euro time, can the origin be tracked? i have looked in view source and it is not geo specific.
