Random and probably stupid question but hypotheticall if a few major world powers were fighting one another, like U.S. VS Russia, Germany VS England, amoung others, but there was no connection to the conflicts would this be classified as a World War?

I have always wanted to fly and be able to whenever (well almost whenever) I want to. I researched Ultralight aircraft but being only 15, the 10,000+ pricetag is a bit much. Therefore I would like to own a Hang Glider. I would like one less than 1000 dollars U.S. and preferably a 2 person but a 1 peraon is ok. Any infornmation or links will be much appreciated. I am about to go shooting my shotgun with my dad and he has an old dead car battery he said I can shoot. Is it safe to shoot it knowing all the acids and crap in them? I am using 2 3/4 rifled 12 ga hollowpoint deer slugs and 00 buck in 3" shells.

She had a boyfriend at the time but I knew it was a doomed relationship, so out of respect I remained somewhat distant but stayed a close friend. We would eat lunch and hang out whenever we could. In late April I found out they had broken up so naturally I was ecstatic inside but tried to be a shoulder to cry on. After a few weeks a buddy of mine that knew I liked her asked if I was gonna ask her out so I said yeah and told him the dated id try to make my move. A couple days before I was going to ask her out she just flat out ignored me, and I heard through a mutual friend that she had said something to the effective of why wont he leave me alone and im kinda like w-tf. So I did for the rest of the year. When summer rolled around a few weeks later I got thinking about her and she is atheist and wants gauges and tattoos and drinks etc and I dont want that but for one reason or another I deep down really do want her. Like I cant stop thinking if her beautiful eyes and smile etc. I really like her but then again I don't. I really don't know what to do. I tried detaching myself from her but I just cant quit thinking of her.

I have a Remington 870 Tactical with an 18.5" barrel I want to use for homedefence. My question is should I use birdshot, 00 buck, or slugs. My neighbours are about 50 yards away in any direction and so there is really no over penetration problem. I understand that birdshot might not have enough knockdown power and my hollowpoint slugs might take too long to aim in a sticky situation. 00 buck really doesn't have that much recoil with my buttpad but it does have a pretty big barrel rise. Should I stick with 00 buck or have it to where I shoot birdshot then buck then slugs or what should I do?

If I were to buy a 350 dollar firearm from an Arkansas Walmart plus 30 dollars of ammunition, what would be the total sales tax?

For my birthday this year, my mom and I decided to get a Mosin Nagant. I decided I want to make it my first project in the world of guns. I want to purchace a bent bolt and reciver with scope mounts directly in it and mount a 3-9x40 scope. I want to put a Monte Carlo synthetoc stock. I would also like to put some bipod mount on it and a bipod. What else should I do to this rifle to make it a good target/hunting rifle and just look cool. For those who say not to mess with a piece of history, I would try to keep all oroginal parts so it could be converted back to its original state.

With the U.S. Government clearly not wanting its citizens owning guns, could this be a potential loophole?

I recently read an article about the U.S. Gov't trying to ban lead ammunition. With this, ammo prices would soar to the point where the average person would not be able to afford a single box of ammo. Without ammunition, a gun is useless. If they did that, they would soon move after gun powder creating strict laws. The only way you could afford to shoot at all at that point would be if you had a flintlock weapon and had some lead to make your own bullets and gunpowder. Is this a valid fear? Debait below...

This summer, my dad is buying me a 12 ga Shotgun with the money I have saved. I want one that is very durable and has a barrel under 18.5" long and the price tag under $350. If you would, list some please.

Just say'n, I am 14 and understand that a Shotgun is a deadly weapon and should always be treated as such, weither loaded or not. The firearm will be locked in a secure box in my dads room so don't say that I am just running around with a shotgun. My dad is going to buy me a pistol this summer, and is letting me choose. I have a price range of about $450. I want something in .380 ACP, 9mm, or .45 ACP. Something small that will fit in a pocket (for carrying in the woods for snakes) and something that will last for me to use for conceiled carry when im 21. Black and in Semi-Auto would be prefered. I plan on in the next few years, starting up a gun store with a range near Fort Smith, Arkansas. I am curious to see how much things such as insurance and licensing would cost before I jump too far in. I have already worked out a budget for product and buildings, but I need to know how much (estimated) the price would be for insurance and lisensing.
