Im about 170lbs and six foot. I've always been meaning to lose weight, whats the fastest way to go about it? I only need to lose about 2kgs, the rest to tone up.

I have a 1993 Honda Ascot, and its got a really annoying squeak. I took it to the mechanic, and he said its the air filter (thought it might have been a belt myself?) But now i think it may be the throttle.

My question to you, is, how much will it cost to repair the air filter/throttle body.

Help! Everytime I have my foot on the gas, it squeaks. I've tried belt grip, with no positive result. What belt is causing this? It doesnt need tightening, and I dont think it has any debris under the belt.

Should I just take it into the garage?

I cut my hair with bloody scissors would you believe, and it looks absolutely hideous. Its probably about 2mm long, and the uneven parts; maybe 6mm.

Can someone tell me how long itll take to grow evenly? Or if I was to shave it completely off, how long itll take to grow approximately 2cm. Thanks!

If I start going for 3 half-hour walks a day, drink plenty of water, and eat healthily.. how long before this weight will drop? Im biggish, and have heard that the bigger you are - the faster you lose it. Im between 5'10" & 5'11", currently weighing 74kg (about 167lbs)
