I did a restart a couple of times. It doesnt work. So now when someone calls me or when I all them I have to put it on speaker. And it doesn't make sounds. It doesn't ring. At all. Please help. I'm not going I the store to fix it.

Its a 4th Generation 8GB It always freezes up and when I'm typing it just stops. And sometimes when I want to crop a picture, the screen completely freezes and my iPod shuts its self off. It's not due to over use Bcuz I barley even use my iPod. I have 81 pictures and 627 songs. Annd I deleted ALL my apps. I have 0000000 apps. Non. Is it Bcuz I have too many songs? Or Bcuz I didn't update it to iOS 6.0.1??
