I need serious help...while they were still married, my fiancé’s ex husband raped her while she was pregnant. He also hit her and would stab knives in the table to scare her and the children.

She refuses to press charges because she is afraid her children will hate her, and because honestly I think she is justifiably afraid the courts won’t believe her...even though we have him on video confessing.

Anyway...her aunt invited him for Christmas without telling us and he showed up while we were there. She also continues to help him and have him over for dinner and such, all the while knowing what he did to my fiancé.

I feel she should cut ties with her aunt as long as she continues to support this rapist. My fiancé doesn’t feel she is able to do so. Am I wrong to be upset about this?

This spider kind of resembled a brown recluse as far as the tan color, the hair, and the size - almost quarter sized body. I don't know how large it was with it's legs out, as it was dying and had them curled up. It did not have the violin shape on it like the brown recluse, however it had a distinct and darker brown diamond on its back. Its underside was black. It had a set of two eyes, then below it two more eyes, then below that a set of four much smaller eyes. I live in the southern US and am very curious to know what kind of spider this is and if it is poisonous or not, as it was my daughter who found it.

My computer constantly freezes up. Sometimes it will do it after I've only been online for five minutes, sometimes longer. I bought the computer used and barely have anything installed on it. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance!

I am a police officer and while I'm not perfect, I always do my best to treat everyone fairly and respectfully. I would go out of my way to help anyone be it on or off duty, and take very seriously my oath to protect and serve. So why is it that myself and other officers out there like me have to be subjected to ridicule and abuse because some officers in this world are bad officers?

Police officers are human just like everyone else, and just like everyone else we have some good and some bad within our community. I certainly don't condone what the bad ones do and consider them an abomination to the profession, so why do I have to pay for what they do?

When I go to work every night and put my life on the line for you- risk never seeing my wife and daughter again - risk making my wife a widow and causing my daughter to grow up without her father - for $13.50/hr. - so that I can do my best to make sure you go home to your family every day, to make sure your spouse is never a widow/

I'm a guy, have hung around guys my entire life, am a police officer and have seen many guys in all different types of relationships with women in the line of duty, and have read numerous questions and answers on here from guys......so my question is........

When this is what women have to contend with and choose from, why are more women not lesbians????? LOL
