If I can't simply plug it into a 3 pin socket, what do I need to do to get it running, do I need to install a bigger circuit breaker etc. I know nothing about electrics and would not like to burn my workshop down, so any help would be really appreciated...

Just lately I am totally knackered, I mean seriously! I'm an ex boxer, royal bodyguard, bouncer, fitness instructor disabled now, lost a leg 20 years ago! Don't smoke or drink, still do 200 press ups and sit ups, and swim half a mile every day!
