Where are good places to train a team with really high levels?

I know EV training locations.

My levels are: 83, 84, 86, 88, 88, and 90.

i beat Benga in Black Tower

My team:

Empoleon- Lv. 55; Ice Beam, Flash Cannon, Surf, Drill Peck- holding Razor Claw

Sp. Attacks on her (yes i got a female starter) work great, with 152 Sp. Attack. I have Drill Peck for Aaron's Heracross.

Houndoom- Lv. 55; Fire Fang, Dark Pulse, Crunch, Flamethrower- holding BlackGlasses

Houndoom has great Attack & Sp. Attack, but i'm considering putting Fire Blast instead of Fire Fang

Obamasnow- Lv. 55; Avalanche, Blizzard, Ingrain, Wood Hammer- holding NeverMeltIce

Awesome stats besides Speed. Snow Stream and Blizzard are a great combo

Garchomp- Lv. 56; Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, Crunch- holding Dragon Fang

Godly Attack stat, but i'm considering Flamethrower instead of Shadow Claw cause I have Crunch already

Gengar- Lv. 55; Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond- holding Spell Tag

Speed and Sp. Attack combo work great on him

Luxray- Lv. 56; Discharge, Thunder Fang, Thunderbolt, Crunch- holding Magnet

Attack is way higher than Sp. Attack, but Sp, Attacks like Discharge can still do a ton with STAB-boost and Magnet.

So am I ready? I know all their Pokemon, levels, items, and movesets.

I'm training for the E4 in Platinum.

Where is a good place to train Empoleon, Houndoom, Medicham, Luxray, Garchomp, and Gengar?

I have the original Nintendo DS. I cracked the top screen from the inside, according to Gamestop. Gamestop doesn't do repairs. They told me to find the nearest Nintendo place and send the DS to it to fix it.

I saved the game yesterday. When I load it on the VBA it says "New game", not "Continue". I went to File on the VBA and clicked on "Save game". Now there's no "Load game".

Next to the ROM file for Crystal there is a .sav file, but how do I get that on my ROM file?

My team's levels range from Level 34-36. What's a good Water Type near the city that doesn't take forever to train?
