Hello , I set my Facebook Ad budget on 5$ and found my amount spent was more than this , 8$ the amount spent was , despite based on Facebook budget explanation ad must not spend more than the set budget . Why this happened and how ?

during those days I am trying to pick one important category to focus on for money , so should I pick kitchen cooking or makeup category to sell ?

Guys I am confused , I needed to install Facebook pixel but it says I have to pick a website as a partner so I chose wix to connect my pixels but it says I need to buy a premium with a connected domain for fb pixel and I bought wix premium with a to get a domain so I hopped on fb pixel to connect it says you have to connect your domain and I search about this they tell me I gotta buy another domain of a website to connect my wix domain , WTH I don't understand ?

Guys I am serious something's wrong but not with me , I've done this test 3 times and the first time I know I wasn't well prepared and about to screw up in the exam and when I took the test I know I didn't do well so I got awful results(AT British Council) . The second time same scenario , didn't prepare for it well and got ( different results ) but still bad(At IDP IELTS) . Next, I've trained with all force for the last time (for a year) and my English already wasn't that bad as many Americans told me my English's fluent , however I didn't stop training and what I trained for is ,how can I manage my reading time using all the required methods that help me to solve it flawlessly including training my English speaking as I was speaking everyday in English till it became normal for me without any single challenge . Especially I've watched American & British movies and listening to songs for more than 10 years to be able to spot my mistakes when I speak until I was fully and well prepared based on the (IELTS Criteria) . So when I headed to the exam for the third damn time(At British Council) I've done amazing and I know I swear compared to the last 2 times , nevertheless I got the exact same results like the (first time exactly) , how on Earth ? are they doing this on purpose to get students impelled to take their courses just for money purposes? how? I swear I did great based on the (understanding) of the all subjects- I don't know how on Earth I got the same exact results ?

Makeup or Kitchen food and tools or Kids toys .

I paid 5$ budget for a facebook ad and got 3 clicks and as I heard that one click can give me sum of money between 0 Cent to dollar , how can I check that ?

heard lots of people doing it for business purposes that they keep following thousand of people until they reach to their goal then unfollow these people that followed them , why ?

I paid 5$ only for an ad campaign and found that my amount spend is 3.84 for clicks which is good but suddenly found my CPM is like 10$ I am actually terrified , does it mean Facebook took 10$ from my credit card because of CPM ?!?!!

I published a FB AD and finished it and I can see multiple clicks and dollars in results but I Still don't know my income from that , how can I know ? please tell me .
