  • this guy is riding a car i sold him on my old plates.?

    i am in Virginia

    i sold this guy a car over 2 months ago he gives me part of the money and drives off to quote DMV Due to give the rest inside of the next 2 weeks that was almost 3 months ago.

    I'm thinking he's titled the car in his name and now i don't have any recourse.

    i see this fool driving constantly, even thou i haven't been paid all of the money

    i go by his house today and he has my old plates on the car with fake a** stickers on it. so i know he hasn't even titled the car yet. plus driving uninsured, and i am willing to bet now he doesn't have a license either.

    what's the best TRAP or JAM, i can set for this idiot.
