I feel like someone is electrocuting my brain every 15 min in three hour intervals. In between times I have sever pressure, dizziness, nausea, trouble walking, trouble concentrating,my memory is almost shot, and I have a constant metallic taste in my mouth and pain in my jaw.

Anyone have any clue what may be going on? My pcp says he can just keep dumping meds in me to keep me functional but what I need is a neurologist...I see one on the 25th. At this point I don't know if I can make it. I've been having these since Tuesday and they are getting worse and more intense as the days tick by. So please help.

My dog just had puppies 3 weeks ago. Recently she has become overly destructive to my home. Her most recent destruction came to a bag of chocolate chips! I'm concerned that the puppies could get sick since they are still nursing. Does anyone know if the pups will be okay?

I have called several vets. The only answers I am getting from them is we will call you back. As far as her containment she and the puppies have been contained in a puppy playpen for her whelping area. She breaks out of the playpen and gets out of the room they are in. She gets fed a mixture of puppy food and her regular dry food 4 to 6 times a day.

Okay so I found out today that I am pregnant. I have been trying for 15 years off and on with my current boyfriend and love of my life. About a month ago we had a maybe baby disappointment where we thought we were pregnant and turned out that we weren't. We decided to start fertility treatments and before my doctor starts them he always takes a blood pregnancy test. They called today to tell me that we didn't need to start the fertility treatments since I was pregnant already. Now that several people have calmed my worries of being afraid to be happy for this pregnancy I am excited once again.

So now I need Ideas on how to tell him. He's currently at work and there is no sign that he's coming home anytime soon (unless I call in one of his employees and make them send him home. He hasn't responded yet to my text of its important you need to call me and come home) but he is getting ready for an inspection at work. Anyway tips on how to tell him.

Okay so I was set to begin fertility treatments this week. Among many things my doctor did before we were set to begin the medication was to take a blood pregnancy test. His office called this morning to tell me that I wasn't going to need the fertility treatments after all. I was already pregnant. Anyway, I still haven't told my boyfriend yet. I want to do that in person. Anyway I'm almost afraid to tell him that I'm pregnant. I was so excited at first now all I can think about is this ending badly. After 15 years of trying to get pregnant and the let down of not getting there I can't help but wonder is this baby going to make it. I don't want us both to get excited over the baby and I have a miscarriage or something and have us both crushed. Are these normal feelings? Should I wait to tell him?

After much cuddling and soft talk we have decided to go forward with a conscious attempt to get pregnant. I have already made an appointment to see my ob/gyn doctor to consider fertility treatments yet again. But I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas because I know undergoing fertility treatments may not be the healthiest of options. Any tips would be helpful.

Two weeks later you get a bill in the mail stating that you now owe $27K per academic year. You take your issue to the president of the college and they tell you that there is nothing that they are going to do about it basically your screwed. This is known as a bait and switch.

Do you sue the institution to get the original price or will you just suck it up and pay the extra $2K per academic year.

I already know what I would do (and have written the paper on such) but I am interested in what others think about this and the reasoning's why you would do what you would do.
