Hey, kind of a strange question i suppose. I'm a 17-year-old gay girl and i do want to settle down and have kids some day with a woman i'm in love with. i know about all of the options available for same-sex couples(adoption, using donor sperm, using a donor woman for gay men, etc) But, the thing is, my mom doesn't care if i get married..in fact her main concern when i came out to her(after the fear of me getting hurt) was having children. And i have no problem with that..although i'd like to wait 'til my mid to late 30s to settle down. The thing is, she wants me to get pregnant and go through the birth experience. She thinks it's really important. Meanwhile, i rather shoot myself in the head.lol jk. But, seriously, I'm not butch or anything, but that's something I really don't want to do and i don't think i'll change my mind. Maybe this sounds selfish..yeah it does..but i want the woman i'm with to be the one to carry the baby and deliver it. I just wish i could knock her up myself. cus my ma also wants blood grandchildren(as do i). Sorry this is a bit long. But, this leads to my main question.

Now, my question to you is: Do you think it will be possible in the next couple decades(20-25 yrs) for something like this to be made available for humans? It has to do with one egg being genetically modified to work like sperm and get with the other egg which leads to the development of embryos. and all that scientific mumbo jumbo! hehe But, I know the chances of this being made possible so soon are unlikely..i mean there's only 1 such embryo that has survived 'til adulthood. And, yes, maybe it's selfish but i want at least 1 baby that i can say has 2 blood-related mommies..and if it takes a li'l real sperm so be it!

So, do u think this will be made possible in time for me?

If not, do u have any other opinions? i know we could each have a biological child..

it's controversial and some ppl are totally against it..which i think is a bit rude..I mean, i want me and my love to create a baby with both our genetics, ya know?

hey, I'm a 17 year old gay girl and I had a dream last night that I was kissing this girl I've been seeing. I was making out with her..it was in the shower..lol..but then we were just talking and I noticed she was feeling sick and kind of out of it. Anyways, she looked like she was about to throw up so I was just comforting her as much as I could..and then..well..i just let her vomit on me..we were sitting down. and i didn't really mind..I just got nervous that i was would get sick now..ya know 'cause of all the kissing. and after that, i didn't feel like kissing her...with her vomit mouth..lol

I've been experiencing this phenomenon since I can remember(I'm 16)....it's sooo weird. It comes out of nowhere....it can happen anywhere at any time...on the sidewalk in a car, in my house, at school, on a boat...anywhere. It's extremely hard to explain, but let me see....

-I start feeling really strange all of a sudden...like everything's fake...like i'm in the "twilight zone".

-then every noise i hear sounds really funky...it's really creepy...like every noise that i hear when this happens...is accompanied with this really creepy human humming sound....idk if its humming or not

-but when this noise happens, i feel like everything's fake and i know this sounds weird---but i feel like the weird sounds are like mad at me or something...they sound really menacing..

overall, this is just a really creepy phenomenon that i experience every once in a while.....it could probably be anywhere from 10-100 times a year...i'm not sure...it doesn't happen that often...but when it does, i can clearly identify it...i used to call it the "twilight zone" when i was little but idk

have any of you experienced these sounds? i just want an answer...i know i'm not crazy

hey, just wondering. i've had some very crazy, interesting, and creepy dreams..i'm talking like things from the movie "inception".....but probably much crazier. anyways, i was wondering if any of you have ever had like a really interesting dream that you'd make into a movie if you could. i've has plenty and i'd love to make some movies(not just 'bout the dreams) but that's prob. not going to happen.

The strangest thing happened a few days ago. I was at this store that happened to have all these animals and produce in the back...there were chickens, birds in cages, rabbits....and then I saw the donkeys. There were 2 donkeys: Romeo and Juliet. I'm naturally an animal lover. There was no entrance way so I jumped the small fence to pet the donkeys. Well, I got really close with the donkeys. Maybe a little too close with Juliet. Next thing I know she's got my left pinky finger between her flat strong teeth and she won't let go. It was terrifying. People say I was shaking. My finger went umb and I thought it might not even have a pinky anymore. The donkey wouldn't let go..It was probably aboit 2 minutes but it felt like hours..and it hurt...I finally called for help when I realized this donkey could really hurt me. Looked like it was at least 300 or 400 pounds. My sister came to my rescue but she got her vag. hurt on the small fence. it was like one of those white fences with pointers on the top and she hurt herself. it was a mess, but i finally was able to get my finger out of that donkey's mouth. it was funny afterwards.

Hello, a few weeks ago I asked a question concerning my dad.

He's been having paranoid delusions....

I'm not sure if it's paranoid personality disorder--the jealousy type---or paranoid schizophrenia.

I'm really not sure what to do. My dad still thinks my mom is cheating on him and it's getting worse. she's obviously not. he has still been fussing with his tape recorder...recording inside our house.

and he's still listening to his tapes. it's gotten worse though. he's scared for my safety. he thinks my mom's letting all these guys into our home and having sex with them. he hears someone breathing on his tapes and he thinks my mom's having sex. it's just the tv, our pets and the occasional snore. earlier today, i saw my dad looking through my phone. he was looking for strange numbers. now, that was scary. my parents haven't been getting along at all. they've never been really happy, but the last 2 years have been miserable. especially the last 2 months. my dad is psycho

here are his symptoms:

paranoia

auditory allusions

visual allusion(claims $1200 missing from his wallet--says it's one of my mom's affairs)

mood swings---he can be trying to apologize and then get angry again within seconds

he's seeing a psychiatrist but it's not going anywhere...he just wants the guy to take his side...there's no way we can force him to get help

yesterday, he talked about his plans to get an apartment in cityplace...he wants me to live with him fulltime

and leave my mom with this house---they can barely afford together---

my dad thinks it's not safe for me to stay with my mom..he's crazy...i don't even want to stay with him part time...i'm scared for him

anyways, my 23yr old sister is moving out this january and it'll just be me(16), my mom and my dad

my parents are 59....my mom's a social worker..she's always busy and i can say without a doubt she's not cheating on my dad

my dad is greek, he has a rough accent...let me just say "he misses important things"

for example, he calls me up and asks if i want some food from a store---i'll tell him what i want but no matter how well i explain what the product looks like and its exact location, he has a very hard time finding it...

i would have to be there with him...he gives the phone to store workers....so i can tell 'em what i want

in simpler terms,

my dad has always been kinda off...kinda weird...but this new thing is really bad and it's only getting worse

my mom and i are considering mocing into a condo...i've lived in our town house my whole life...but we really need a change

my dad doesnt know about our condo idea...he wants me to move in with him

i just am not sure what to do about my dad. i am scared for him. i don't know how he's going to react when i move into a condo with my mom....my mom's just miserable..they both are

please help...what should i do? what would you do if you were in my position? i want to get him help...he won't admit to having a problem....

p.s. i'm not doing very well myself...i've been going through major depression the past year...i'm being treated...but this "madness" is hurting me...everything feels so wrong...school is starting soon and i have a lot of summer goals...but idk anymore 8(

June last summer I got into a little car accident on the way to the movies...my mom was friving and it was a hit and run. This teenage boy behind us hit the rear of the car-it was a big bump but it wasn't too bad. we never got the liscense plate number. I met up with a friend at the movies(I was 15) and as I started watcing the movies, i noticed I couldn't get comfortable. my back was hurting. later, i figured it was from the accident. i have never had any back problems before this. i had 60 days after that of health insurance coverage so i went to physical therapy once or twice a week for a couple months. i didn't really do the exercises i was supposed to do at home as i was in a major depression at the time. as the school year went by, my back became worse and worse. the depression didn't help it. i took a 2 month break from school because of my depression and pain. i couldn't function well at that time.

so it's 13 months after the accident and i am still in so much pain..it's gotten worse..

i don't know whether to try PT again..i guess that's my only option...my mom said omce you go to a chiropractor, you have to keep going....and she said an orthopedist would prob. just tell me to get PT.

either way, i've heard very negative things about me recovering...like i might get my back a little better but once you have a back injury, you'll have the pain forever...

please help! i'm in sooo much pain and i'm scared that there's no real fix to this....will my back never be good again?....will it never recover fully?

i can't do things i'd like to do anymore...it hurts to sit, to stand, to lay on my back

p.s. my PT from last summer told me it was probably the muscles in my back that tensed up to protect themselves during the accident...i'm trying to keep good posture but it's really hard...i never got an Xray by the way..

any advice..please?

ok...my parents are 59...they're older and bigger....my mom isn't looking for some young guy to have sex with and i don't think a young guy's looking for my mom...

my mom's a very good person...she isn't sleeping wit anyone

he's been studying his tape recording all morning and night...he's picked out parts he believes show proof...he hasn't slept in 2 days and he can't stop listening to the tape!

he's saying things like "i can't believe you brought a young man into this house" and telling me " i don't think it's safe for you in this house!"

it's ridiculous...yesterday morning....my sister had a t.v. on which was probably the voices he heard...my mom was talking to a mother of a kid with autism or something cuz she's a social worker....a few alarms went off on my sister's phone, my mom was cleaning the kitchen and working on the computer

anyways, what my dad's saying is totally rediculous...my mom is threatening my mom that he won't pay bills and stuff....he seems pretty serious

ok...i'm scared for my dad because i think he might need serious help....idk...i've always known he was off...and just kinda weird...but i've never seen him this crazy...and oh..does he got a temper!

i'm a girl and people seem surprised when i tell them that i'm gay. mainly acquaintances. if they're my friend, they likely know that i'm gay. maybe i should start wearing rainbow colors..idk..i'm androgynous..i'm not feminine but i'm not butch. sometimes i really wish it was easier to spot gay people..unless they fit a stereotype it's hard. i like feminine girls mainly but androgynous ones too. it's just hard to tell unless you're friends.
