would anyone suggest doing Shrooms alone for the first time or at all?

i now of the break, and when i flip up i can only hit those notes really quitely. i know how to sing from the diaphram and i know how to use head voice and i just cant do it on these notes. is there any help you can give me to make those notes pop out more?
