I am a cat lover. The oldest cat, Maybelle, (17), my best friend, pal, companion and confidant, crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2007 after a fierce battle with hyperT and CRF. My beautiful and sweet cat that I had been treating for diabetes for nearly 6 years joined her at the bridge the end of April 2008. Kelley would have been with me for 15 years in June. She developed stomach cancer which progressed quickly. She was a good patient and fought courageously. I miss her "Ma Maa, Maa Maaas" so much! My next oldest kitty (17 1/2) was diagnosed with hyperT in 2008. Bonnie had been responding nicely, but to my deepest sadness went into cardiac and renal failure. She joined her 'sisters' at the bridge January 2009. Lily and Holstein are 16 and 13 and starting to show some age related issues. Sapphire and Ladybug are the babies and thankfully healthy.
