  • Where can I travel outside of Canada, with a criminal record?

    Here are the main facts:

    1. I'm from Ontario

    2. I was charged with fraud, but not imprisoned, since it was a 1st (and last!) offense.

    3. My 12-month sentence was served within the community.

    4. Court-imposed conditions included 100 hours of community service, a mandatory curfew...etc.

    I don't consider myself to be a high-risk offender. I made 1 STUPID decision in the past, and since then I've fully accepted the consequences, and repaid my debt to society.

    My main destination concerns are to the U.S. and Europe.
