I am 15. I am sick of living at home. I hate my mother. She beats me. There's hardly ever food. On the rare occasions that she's home, we fight pretty hard core. I heard about this emacipated minor thing and i want it. I recieve about 600 a month in social security from my father. I have a safe home to go to where they already have everything under control, they could very well take care of me, they even have an extra room. I would be able to make it on my own and then some. Do you think I would be able to get out and if so how would I go about getting the emancipated thing started? Please, answers quickly.
