Can you manufactor a product illegal in your state to sell in states that are legal? I live in cali and im trying to sell a product that is illegal to use in my state but legal in other states. As long as i dont sell in illegal states can i sell in the states that are legal?

I'm going to court for the first time and i don't know what to expect. I got charged with a felony for burglary for entering my old high school's cafeteria. Stupid thing to do, i know. We did not steal, vandalize, or break anything. We were sitting down when the police came after us. We didn't resist or run. We didn't have burglary tools on us. I recently turned 18. I have no juvenile record. this is my first ever offence Ever. I have no money for a attorney. What should i do?

Hello, I have been charged for a felony for sneaking in my old high school. I recently turned 18 on nov-5. We didn't break, vandalize, or steal anything. We were just chilling inside. When the cops came we didn't resist or run. We did everything they asked and we were in our good behavior. Isn't a felony a bit much? I mean I would understand if i got a misdemeanor for trespassing. But a FELONY for Burglary. Can I fight this? I don't want a felony to go on my record. I just turned 18 i have big plans. This is my first ever offence, before this I never got in trouble with the police. Anyways, Do you think i can fight this? You think the judge will be merciful? I'm not rich I can't afford a top notch attorney. I don't know if it matters but I live in Hayward CA. Is there anything i should do before hand? Your help is much appreciated.
