Have your children gone back to school from their Summer break yet ??? they have in my area, and the streets and shops seem so quite, unreal-ish if you know what i mean. Pity their time off school was not wall to wall sunshine, again

not so much as question as some advice. If you are pondering a trip to the Italian Lakes, i really recommend them, i have just returned from Lake Como, and it is just like a Jewel in a Crown, i have also been to Lake Garda, and this lake is just as pretty, but larger.

i have two in my garden, most gardeners know that Lavender, attracts bees etc. But the Deutcia Bush in summer is so full of them, and as any nature lover knows Bees are so important for plants.

my largest one has tiny delicate pink flowers on mass, my smallest has tiny white flowers on mass. Both bushes and flowers from a distance look as though someone has sprinkled confetti all over it. Truely Beautiful. They are Decidious bushes
