Changing the oil for the first time on a 02 saturn vue. i unscrewed the oil filter cap and now it is spinning freely but will not come off, nor will it screw back on. theres a little bit of wiggle room but it is refusing to come off.

I've had my 5 year old akita for about a year and a half now. He's "the family dog" but will usually always follow me around when I'm home. But when I'm not home and I just get home hes always real excited to see me. But sometimes he will just lay down on his back as soon as i walk on and start peeing on himself. Today he peed on my foot.

My biological father left my mother when i was very young (1 or younger). He is a criminal/drug addict and probably an alcoholic. My mom put a lein against his van many years ago in an attempt to claim child support money but never saw a dime of that. Anyway what my question is, I am 19, almost 20, years old. Can i go after him and possibly claim the $60k+ that he owes me?
