Please be aware people will give you poor tech advice on Yahoo Answers. Learn how to use Google.com and don't rely on Yahoo Answers as a crutch. I have worked for multiple multi-national technology companies. I provide hardware support for multiple brands of laptops, desktops, workstations, and thin-clients. This includes, but is not limited to, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Fujitsu, and Toshiba products. I physically take apart and repair both laptops and desktops. (I don't repair thin clients. I throw those turds away when they break.) I can provide software support to end users as well, on Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8, and Mac OSX 10.6 - 10.8, Android 2.X - 4.2.X, as well as some Linux distros. I have managed remote BSD and Linux servers, as well as setup and managed Apache web servers and their corresponding websites. I currently manage a group of three independent websites, including those using PHP5 and MySQL.
