I am on the second week of a pack of birth control pills. I took them regularly the first week and the second week until thursday. On that day I accidentally took a pill from my fourth week, it was the last active pill in my pack. What should I do about the pill that i missed and should i use a backup form of contraceptive.

P.S. i take Loestrin24Fe, which has 24 active pills and four reminder pills.

I got off my period last monday(1 week ago) i took my birth control pills regularly until last saturday (two days ago)when i missed one. On sunday my fiance and i had sex. immediately after I realized i forgot and took the pill. Later on that day at 9:00 pm I took the pill assigned for that day. Today (monday) I started to bleed, it was only one quick "squirt" just this morning and i have not bleed since.
