After looking for a townhouse to purchase I found two? They are both in the same community, have the same square footage, and number of rooms just to name a few. The bathrooms and kitchen also look about the same. The biggest dilemma is that both are priced identically and have been on the market for about the same time. Now the million dollar question is what strategy can I use to my advantage to get the lowest price possible? I have no preference with which of the two townhouses I end up with. Can somebody give me information on what strategy to use and turn the table on the sellers to get them in a bidding war between them. By the way the townhouse is in southern California if that matters.

I would like to buy a 1975 or older model. Any recommendation? Give me year and reasons why.

Another thing that I would like to have is a side car and I have heard that they are hard to find. So what years of Vespa's are the easiest to find a side car for.

I purchased a 4door 2001 Honda Civic Lx about 3 months ago. Since then I noticed that I have been getting poor gas mileage. Right now its around 21-22 miles per gallon. Most of the driving has been done on the streets. I have been conscience of accelerating so I don't think that's an issue.

Recently I did some maintenance and for the last 45 days nothing has changed. I replaced the spark plugs, oil and oil filter, put in a new K&N air filter. I also put in a new cabin air filter. Although I rarely use the air conditioner.

I did not put in a new distributor cap, or spark plug wires because the 2001 Honda Civic doesn't have this. Instead Honda uses a different thing. I also did not replaced the fuel filter because it was under the back seat and I'm not sure how to do it (I have an idea).

In addition I checked the tire pressure. The only thing I can comment on that is that the front tires are one brand and it said to have the psi at 44 while the rear tires are another brand and said to have the psi at 35.

I also added Lucas Oil fuel treatment to see if that would help.

So my question is what can possibly be wrong with my car? The MPG should be around 30+ for street driving.

Any input or ideas would be helpful. Please be specific as to what to check and how to do it step by step.

How do I check if the front and back brake caliper are still working fine on my 4door 2001 honda civic lx? I know a little about cars so please give complete and simples steps in layman terms would be best. I don't want to replace it if I don't have to. Thanks in advance.

How do I check if the front brake caliper his still working fine on my 2001 honda civic lx? I know how to replace it but how do i know if its still working. I don't want to replace it if i don't have to.

I need help choosing a macbook. My two choices are the old macbook or the new macbook. My university has a sale for the old one that is why I have this dilemma. Im not concerned about the hard drive or weight. However I know that there are other differences like GHz, battery, touch pad, ports which I need help with. The old macbook is $719 plus tax. While the new one would be 899 plus tax. Im going to be using the computer for web-surfing, uploading pictures, video, and music. The pictures are not going to be edited or anything like that. The video is family video and most likely will not be edited much. The music is just music that i download, catalog and transfer to my ipod.
