I have dental phobia and am currently suffering from severe depression. I haven't been to the dentist in 9 months [usually go at three or four] but the last time I went my hygenist was rude and told me I'd have to have root planning and scaling but when I called to make the appointment my dentist said I didn't need it. I'm really scared that I will be judged for how I keep my teeth, because I've been so depressed I haven't tried to keep up with it as much and I'm scared they'll judge me. Please help!

Two years ago I was raped. I'm now with a wonderful man who supports and loves me (We started dating a year ago) but I just can't have sex with him. Every time we try I end up having a panic attack. I have been seeing a therapist and I've been working through it but he can barely kiss me. I want to have sex more than anything. I miss it. Advice?

I am wearing a silk dress with delicate lace. It's a short dress, just below my knees for justice of the peace ceremony. I want something that's equally as delicate for the flowers the wedding is in April.

We don't have much money and I feel badly I'm not able to give them something. Does anyone have any ideas. What to do in this situation. We are having a justice of the peace wedding and paying for a dinner, but that's it. Help?

I have three step brothers. They are much older than me and we live in different states.

the middle brother he's amazing, he's always been there for me and we talk and visit on a normal basis. He's invited to the wedding.

The other two are not, but my family is making me feel guilty because of it. Here's the rundown...

I won't be traveling but I live in a condo so it just makes more sense to have traveling one.
