Hi, I'm new to photoshop and the little selection edge that usually appears around my text boxes, allowing me to rotate the text box and change the size and shape of the text box, disappeared! Also, when I highlight the text, it doesn't show, but I can still edit the text. I have CS5 and I'm on a Mac. Please help!

I was running barefoot in the grass a few days ago and felt this sudden sharp stinging pain that lasted around 15-20 minutes. I couldn't find any visible marks, though, and there still aren't any. However, for the past few days, that spot has been itching like crazy and swelling just a little and I want to know what might have caused this (and whether I am going to die from it haha)

I know homologous chromosomes exchange parts during prophase I of meiosis, but is that only for autosomal chromosomes or do the sex chromosomes exchange parts as well? And if they do, do only the X chromosomes exchange parts with other X chromosomes or can they exchange parts with Y chromosomes as well?

Is there a set number, or a range?

I'm told that I can't rinse for 24 hours, but I'm really thirsty, so can I only suck on ice chips or am I allowed to drink water as long as it's not through a straw?
