i already have active NTFS reader, but i cant seem to view the files under my user account for xp. i need to retrieve important files, before i can reformat my drive. i can only see the all user account and the default user but not my account, where all my files are... please help! im using winxp. thanks in advance

PC is pentium 4, Processor 3GHz, memory 256-pc2300
It's desktop, had been off for 2 days. Problem caused by Overheating. Aside from the 1 i have at home, there are still 2 pcs in our office witht the same problem. When i select safe mode or normal, it will just restart again...thanks...
