  • Help With Windows 7 and transferring files?

    I just bought an new laptop with windows 7 to upgrade from my old Windows XP machine. I backed up my files such as music and pictures and moved them to a network drive. I take those files off the drive and moved them to my new laptop but when I disconnect from the drive they disappear. How do I stop the files from being removed when i disconnect from the drive?

    I had a chord that lets me plug my mp3 player into my amp and when I went to pull it out I noticed part of the plug that get put into the amp broke off. Now it is stuck inside the input of my amp. How Can I get it out?
