I have just been offered a job at a Law firm as an office junior with a starting salary of $29k. I was just wondering if this is a good starting salary? I am 18 years old.

I am so scared. I have dealt with Anxiety in the past and it makes it extra hard for me to cope. I had the interview today and they rang me a couple of hours later to offer me the job. I am 18 years old and this will be my first full time job. The job is at a Law Firm as an Office Junior/Receptionist. I am so scared for the first day. What if I screw up? What if I don't know what to do. I know this is a great opportunity at a great company and if I pass this up I might regret it. The hours are quite long too, 8am to 5:30pm. I have gotten used to being comfortable at home and I get anxious when I am out in a nerve wracking situation. I am thinking of giving the job a couple of weeks and seeing how it goes. Does anyone have any advice? It is also a large company of 70 lawyers so pretty corporate. Please no nasty comments. I really appreciate any advice you can give me! Thanks!!

My dog who is cross between a poodle, spaniel and golden retriever has an obsession with catching hedgehogs at night. We try to get him inside from 9.30pm onwards as that is when it is worst. Once he gets them it is incredibly difficult to get the hedgehog off him. We have tried everything we can think of. He knows the "leave it" and "drop it" command but he completely ignores us when he has the hedgehog. We always manage to get the hedgehog off him and they are fine but this takes a little while of spraying him with the hose, which I do not like. Does anyone have this problem? Can anyone offer any suggestions? I would really appreciate it!!

Is there anything I can do for my dog? I cant tell if his tounge is swollen or not. I have just filled up the ice trays and put them in the freezer as i have heard that giving them ice helps soothe the mouth? I am 16 and both my parents are out so i can't drive him to the vet to get checked out! Can anyone help ? I would really appreciate any information that anyone can give . Thanks

I have a 10 month old Golden retriever X and he was brought up on a farm unitl he was 6 months old so he is used to running free. He has adjusted perfectly to city life, but when we take him out for a walk he always pulls. We are training him to heel and stay by us but he just gets so distracted - as puppys do ! We brought him the halti and it has worked wonders he is mostly good. Although he still pulls quite a bit and i would like to get something that will cut out most of the pulling. Is the choker chain good?? Does it hurt them?? Thanks!!
