Ok so here goes i have had a sharp pain in my upper leg on the right side on the inside of my thigh in the you know where region since yeasterday

Is this to worry about or not

Ok so here goes (for you information i am about to ask something to do with the subject of anus diseases/deformation) a few hours ago i was stripping the wallpaper form the kitchen with my dad, after i jumped in the bath about 20 minuatse ago from 8:00 i cane across a tiny piece of flabby skin connected to the insde of the anus it was also towards my lower back. Am i to worry about this and what could it be

It would be really helpful if someone was to know what it was as it might just change my life
