I'm aware that my because my mother is deaf she was getting social security for her disability and for me, but that was a year ago. I'm 19 now, on my own, and i just received a letter from social security saying that i was overpaid and they're demanding me to pay $10,615 by April 25.

I've never personally gotten money from social security and I'm in school, working part time just getting by there's no way i can or will pay this! What can i do about this?

I am buying a hood for my car from a guy that sells mustang parts.

He seems like a legit seller and posted plenty of pics and info about it , however i asked him to deliver it since he lives 100 miles away and i don't have a truck to carry it in. He agreed but said he wants to use paypal upfront to pay him.

He wants payment today (saturday) and he will deliver it monday. Am i in anyway protected by this?

I was receiving ssi under my name when I turned 18 and because I was still in school . I just graduated in June and received a check in June for the benefits, but the check says it was for may. Does this mean I will get a check in july for June? The benefits are supposed to stop after I graduate.

I went to a junk yard and parked my car near the exit. I went in with a bag that had a few wrenches and a flashlight. I took a 64 mustang taillight housing and an evap canister for a 96 mustang. The parts were definitely under $50. I dropped the bag somewhere in the woods because I heard a car start up then turn off--the owner blocked me in.

The cops came but nothing really happened because they didn't find the bag, so they got my info and gave it to the owner and let me go, but I'm not allowed back there.

I'm worried about the bag because I know the guys that work there will find it eventually. There's only a few tools and 2 parts I know they will not be able to identify.

What are the possible outcomes to this? Charges? I feel so stupid and regret it very much.

Hypothetically speaking here

Lets say someone was kept in a big enough room so that they won t go crazy from being in a small space, and pretty much everything you need to survive and be healthy, like a sterilized room so they cant get sick, properly fed, and they can t have a way to play with anything or kill themselves. Also there are soft walls so they can t bash their head against it or something.

Basically its a person in an empty box, and they are kept in it at birth.

What would happen to them?

I don't think it is really a problem but I would like to know what this noise is.

It happens randomly, and usually when the car is already warmed up to normal temperatures. Something will turn on in the engine (I notice interior lights get dim for a second as it turns on) and this loud but not obnoxious air/whistling noise starts. It turns on and off by itself while the car is on.

My first thought is that its the alternator?

I don't understand how it happens. If the government prints more money to spend, sure it can go into circulation, but prices have to increase for inflation to actually be inflation.

If the government spent their money they printed on several retail stores, then the stores simply have a lot of money, that's it. Employees will get their usual salary/hour pay, and the extra profit goes to certain people within the business, like the owner. However, the owner will just get even more rich. Now the rich store owners spend money, and it is just a cycle, the money goes to the bigger people.

What makes people want to increase prices? They are getting a ton of money, therefore they would think they have good business. Competition also keeps prices down so they want to keep the business.

I just don't understand what triggers everyone to increase prices, as long as prices stay the same, nothing should happen.

When accelerating from a stop, sometimes i hear a clunk type noise coming from the back of the car. It usually happens when i accelerate a little too hard i guess.

He hasn't paid for a few days now after he won bidding. I checked his feedback and it's full of people saying that he is a scammer and that he tried to scam them.

What should I do since I don't trust this guy at all now?

The car runs perfectly fine as it usually does, but has horrible gas mileage, and I can smell gas when I get out of the car.

My cars front right wheel is squeaking, I feel like it is the front one because sometimes when braking, It makes a slight grinding noise, not loud and obnoxious, but still noticeable. So something is definitely wrong with the front right wheel.

The squeaking isn't loud either, I can only hear it when I pass by cars that are parallel parked, or a wall or something.

When making fast, sharper turns I hear a grinding noise that sounds just like the power steering noise that you usually hear by turning the wheel one way, all the way and holding it there, except it has a weird grinding noise to it.

What is it?

I am new to paypal. I just added my debit card on there, and i'm buying something on ebay. I am about to confirm the purchase, except where it shows my payment method, it says "ATM Debit (card number)".

Does this mean that it will use the card like an atm? I will get fees for using the card at any ATM other than the actual banks ATM so I would like to stay away from that.

I don't really understand it fully.

If you are caught with something, or doing something illegal, why would you call a lawyer? Such as possession of marijuana, or any crime really.

Let me start by saying I have already attempted an oil change but I can't get the damn drain bolt off! So I will take it to a shop.

I do realize my oil is low in my car, The dipstick is at the bare minimum, but still within that bar you measure with. What is odd, is that sometimes when i start the car, it doesn't say low oil, but sometimes It does. I don't necessarily have time to take it to a shop now, but would it be fine until this weekend? That's when ill take it to a shop.
