i am borrowing a truck, never drove a truck, what gear should i drive it in on the highway? should it be in just D or looks like an O with a square around it...? is that overdrive? should i drive on O ( i think it is) or D on the freeway. thanks

my 7 yr old dog was walkin past me and I saw something red on her tail. i had her laid down to look at it, but every time i touched her tail she would run off. (not norm at all) I just spot it like 15 min ago and finally got her to let me look at it and it is about small grape shaped, bright red, and solid. no puss in it, very sensitive! what could it be? i just saw it today but i think it has been bothering her for a few days (she would run off when my son would touch her tail, i just thought she was tired of him pulling her tail!) what is it? doesnt look like a bite, dont see any puncture marks. again it's solid hard. no hair. very painful......what is it? plz help. oh and there is no other symptoms, no fever, eating n drinkin same. nothing different.....HELP PLZ!

Ok so im kind of starting to freak out a little. 5 weeks ago I started my period like normal, my issue is i'm STILL bleeding. i am 25 and since i started my period at 13 i started my period on time every month adn for the same length every month. never changes ever, not on birth control, haven't been on it for about 4 years, haven't been having sex in about 3 years. nothing has changed in my stress levels and anything. only thing different is i have gained about 15-20 pounds. my sister has crazy periods for like 10 years because of her weight. i am by no means obese, just after having my son 2 years ago i haven't been able to loose the weight. but for the last 2 years my period has been exactly the same till now. uterine cancer runs in my family at pretty young age about mid 30's. i'm only 25 and freaking out! i had my reg period 5 wks ago and after the 7 days looked normal but i never stopped spotting. i spotted for about 4 days some day new blood, some day old. and then go right back into another period (comparing) but i noticed it was a lot more new blood and not as much old blood. it was heaver then the norm and went for about 8-10 days. then i spotted couple days, stopped for about 2 days, then spotted for a couple day (old blood) and day 3-4 later full force new blood AGAIN!!! a lot more new blood then norm( none of this is actually norm!) was heavy for about 4-5 days and started slowing down. same pattern for now 5th week. started slowing down last few days and just barely spotting and now AGAIN full on again today. a LOT of fresh blood again! i'm getting scared, i have made a few apts and something has always come up n i had to cancel. i am anemic as it is, i can only imagine what it's doing to it know. i am so extremely tired all the time, barely get out bed, dizzy and get the shakes in my hands a LOT through out the day. in the begining when my second wave of bleeding started 2 wks into this i had very severe pelvic pains, very bad, labor pain like, still getting it but not as bad as it was. anyone know what it could be by? sorry for the book i wrote just wanted all my details out for the best responces. thank you for your help!

i have an amnio for tomorrow morning at 37 n half wks, anyone know what the chances or percentage of babies this age having mature lungs. i know 37 wks is full term but my doc wants to do an amnio to be on the safe side cause she wants to induce sunday. (MANY complications) oh and at 34 wks i had steriod shots (2 doses) given to me cause they though i was gonna have to deliver, luckliy i made it another 3 wks!

ok so lately my son has been moving oddly. best way to describe what is happening is as if he is having a sezuire in my tummy. he moves and bounces around ALL the time but he will have spurts of 5-10 seconds where he is just shaking. i dont know how to describe it...maybe a spasm? not hiccups, not his normal moving, have no idea what he is doing. my hub brought it up when he feels him i thought it was just me or my imagination and i was just over reacting but he said the same thing and it worries me. anyone else have this or know what it is? i have no idea what it could be? he is little over 35 weeks and he is worrying me cause it started about 3 days ago. help please!

anyone tried it? don't worry not going to try it right now only if i am still preg at like 40wks......if i last that long. it is like $30 to download how to do it but i don't want to waste my money until i hear from actual moms that have tried it and it worked. there is statements on their website but you never know if they are real or not! so wondering if anyone has tried such a thing cause i know if i get to 39-40 wks my hubby will NOT have sex with me! so that option is out the window lol. doc said IF i last 39 wks they will induce at 39 of course unless something comes up. but i would like to try to induce myself then actually get the pitocin drip. any advice? i still got 7-8wks just getting a plan.

so i'll try to keep this short, i am 32 wks preg and can finally see the finish line. my problem is i have a VERY complicated pregnancy, i'll name a few: thyroid problems, single artery cord, incompetant cervix (last preg), extremely low BP, fybromialga, anemia, blood clotting problems (last preg) to name most of them. not including the damn normal pregnancy problems, contractions since 28 wks, on pills and shots to stop them. so i have a cerclage in to hold my cervix shut and baby has dropped down and is less then 1cm away from being on it. i lost my daughter my last preg at 20 wks to to incomp cervix and am so lucky to get this far in this one. my problem is with all these problems, all these pains i am freaking out everyday that something is going to go wrong. i know this may sound bad but i want them to take him out NOW. so i know he is ok, yeah he will be in the NICU for a couple weeks but at least i know he will be ok. i am just so scared something is going to go wrong!!!!

so i have a 2inch memory foam pad i was going to put on my sons crib,( he isn't here yet prob next month) i heard firm is better for babies but didn't know if this is true and i shouldn't put the memory foam in. it is so comfy i want him to sleep well but i want what is best for him! advise please! thank you!!!

Ok so I have had one rough pregnancy and now I am at such a low point I don’t know what to do. So I have really bad contractions that hurt pretty bad but the worst part of it is the after pain. I have a cerclage in and during and after the contraction the sharp “ripping” pain that is coming from that area ( not vag and not bottom of tummy but in between from the inside) hurts so bad it makes it hard to breath. Then my lower back hurts so incredibly bad from the contractions. Then on top of that my mid back right by my kidney hurts so incredibly bad I have been throwing up from the pains. It freakin hurts to breath. Doc said I don’t have a kidney infection so don’t know what it is from, maybe weight? Don’t know neither does she. So almost everyday I throw up because the pain is so bad, my fibromyalga is killin me too. His weight puts so much pressure on my joints that I use like a tube of bengay everyday all over to try to make it. Everyday it is worse. I can’t sleep more then 2-3 hrs if I am lucky, I pass out around 6 to 8 am but the rest of the night I feel like a drug addict going through withdrawals or something!! I freak out from restless leg syndrome but it is in my whole body instead of just my leg. I have tried everything and yesterday just lost it. I feel like I can’t do this anymore!! I feel so helpless, on so many meds for the contraction. I don’t know what to do!!! I am 30 n half wks and don’t know how to handle this anymore!!! What should I do…what can I do? I see my doc every week and she knows of all of this but doesn’t seem to be worried. I can’t handle the pain anymore, the no sleep, the restlessness, the PAIN!!!!!it has never been this bad and gets worse everyday. What do I do? I am giving up but I can’t cause we have been waiting so long for our miracle baby for so long! I don’t know how to keep going, please help!!!! Doc knows everything, but tells me nothing we can do but percocet, which I have seen what happens to babies addicted to it.and percocet doesn’t help anyways!!!!what do I do???? Please help I can’t find the strength to go on!!
