a friend of mine got killed in a car wreck and his spouse is worried that she won't get payment from his life insurance because he was'nt wearing his seatbelt. They have small children and i told her that as long as he didn't commit suicide,she should get payment but i dont want to offer false assurance because i am not sure.

my daughter is 13 and is mad at me because i wont let her date a 17 year old and wants to go live with her dad. I will have to sign an affivdavid because she will be changing schools. but i am worried that i would be giving up custody of her by letting her go. In my heart, i think she will see the grass isnt greener and she will have rules there too and i feel that she will want to come back. but i am scared if i let him have her he might not give her back if she wants to come back.My lawyer is in the middle of a big case and i need a lawyer quick because she wants to go now that the semester is gonna end soon.

My daughter is 13 and feels that i am a monster because i will not allow her to hang out with this 17 year old boy that she likes. He is her best friends brother. I won't allow her at her bf's house anymore. Am I being too old-fashioned? I just think the age difference is too great. I am just a concerned parent.

i want to play spades but usually get booted when i try to join others on a table. I am a good card player but how do i make myself more appealing to others? It is like high school all over again, people have their own little groups. any suggestions on fitting in with the yahoo spades group? how do i bring up my rating if i dont get to prove myself?

my pomeranian eats poop and he has even gotten in my garbage before and torn into some baby diapers to eat the poop out of it. i feed him science diet dog food. what could be making him do this ? i am worried about him getting sick, i have put the litter box up high so he cant reach it. because i know that you can catch toxiplasmosis if you dont wash your hands well after cleaning a cat's litter box.
