Best places to live in hampton roads for walking city feel?
I am moving to the hampton roads area in the next couple months and want to know the best area to live where we would feel safe and be able to walk out the door to restaurants, shops, etc? Any suggestions where we should be looking. We are currently looking in portsmouth ang ghent. Thanks

Ok trying thus again since only had one decent suggestion last time. I am looking to do a build on a car, budget about 50k with some flexability, goals to be around 10s or 9s 1/4 full interior. I want something nice and comfy so no old junkers with big engine swaps etc. I have been looking at things like an e63 amg, audi s6, etc. Want the car to be under 50k miles and 2012 or newer. Any sugestions?
