this is my situtation, My father passed away a short while ago and he had some rifles. He had to keep them at his brothers house, my uncle, because he had a domestic abuse charge. I went to go and pick them up with the gun cabinet and he told me that he made a deal with my father when he owed my uncle some money, and that was the rifles will be colateral until payment was made, and with his passing that payment was never made. Now does he have the upper hand in this situation. Any and all advise welcome, especially if you have been through something like this

It is located in the foothills in Colorado, I tried finding it on the web but failed. It is small, about 3 millimeters long. Brown body and a yellowish, transparent butt. I have seen these spiders every where. they look like a black widow, with the large ball shape body. though there color is a dark gray to brown. it is not a immature female because there is not yellow marks. it is also smaller than a mature female which makes me wonder if it is a baby, but with no yellow marks. what about a male? is there another type of spider that resembles the look. oh, there is no red marks either.
